Weekly priorities

Each Monday, Palette asks teammates to share their top priorities, potential blockers, wins from last week, and a quick shoutout. A few hours later, it posts a clean, smart summary in Slack so the whole team starts on the same page.

No status meetings. No messy threads. Just clarity, momentum, and a shared rhythm.

What it does

• Asks each teammate to share:

  • This week’s top priorities

  • Any known blockers

  • A recent win

  • A shoutout to a teammate

• Summarizes responses into one clear update - not just a copy-paste

• Posts in a shared Slack channel to keep everyone aligned

• Builds team habits around clarity, recognition, and support

How it works

• On Mondays, Palette sends a DM to each team member

• They reply with their input - short and simple

• Palette turns responses into a clean team summary and posts it in Slack

• If someone forgets, Palette follows up with a gentle nudge
