Palette works by combining three core ideas:

• It lives in Slack - that’s where your team already works, so that’s where Palette shows up. It talks to your team directly, supports shared channels, and helps build better team habits.

• It connects to your tools - Palette pulls relevant signals from tools like Jira, Linear, and your calendar to understand context and reduce manual updates.

• It runs Workflows - These are smart routines that support alignment: weekly priorities, project updates, meeting prep, and more. Each workflow is customizable, and Palette learns what works for your team over time.

We’re testing Palette with all kinds of teams - product squads, leadership groups, cross-functional crews, and more.
