The Team Collaboration capability is powered by Palette’s Team Pulse workflow.

It gives your team a structured, lightweight way to reflect on:

• Whether accountability is felt and shared

• How focused the team is on collective results

Each check-in generates a Collaboration Report with a team score, a breakdown across the five areas, and qualitative insights from your team’s responses.
