How it works

• Palette DMs each teammate on a set schedule (EOD or morning).

• Teammates reply in normal language – not a form.

• Palette highlights blockers, decisions, and next steps.

• Palette posts a shared update in Slack so everyone starts aligned.

If someone doesn’t answer, Palette can follow up with a gentle nudge.
