Google Calendar is a personal connector. Each team member connects their own Google account individually.

Reads	Event titles, times, attendees, locations, conference links, calendar metadata
Doesn't read	Private/confidential events, tasks, reminders, sharing settings
Scope	Per-user. Each team member connects individually.

What Palette reads

Event titles, descriptions, and locations
Start/end times and recurrence patterns
Attendees and their response status
Event types (focus time, out of office, etc.)
Conference and meeting links
Calendar metadata (name, timezone)

What Palette doesn't read

Private or confidential events (explicitly filtered out)
Events without titles
Tasks or reminders
Calendar sharing settings

What you control

Each person connects their own Google account. You choose which of your calendars Palette can see. Private and confidential events are automatically excluded. Disconnect your calendar at any time.

Connection

Per-user. This is the only per-user integration. Each team member connects individually and manages their own calendars. Palette only sees public event details from each connected calendar.
