Do you charge per user?
No. There is no per-seat fee and no cap on how many people you add. Usage is metered in credits shared across the organization, so the price stays the same as the team grows.
Do we need our own Claude or Codex subscription?
Not necessarily. Palette has its own agent built in, and it can run a model on your own machine at no cost. If your team already pays for Claude, Codex, Gemini, or Mistral, bring it and keep using it. Palette adds no markup on that usage.

A credit is the unit we use to meter Palette usage across your organization. Running Palette's own agent in the cloud draws on your credits. Running a model on your own machine, or an agent on your own subscription, does not.
How does billing work?
Prices are in EUR and exclude VAT. You are billed at the start of each period, monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time in the app, and it takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
