Introducing Direction 🧭: Align your team's priorities with purpose

After launching our Priorities workflow, we saw a clear need: a way to ensure individual priorities align with the teams overall strategy. Therefore we're introducing our newest workflow: Direction.

How it works: Direction lets team leads set strategic direction for any timeframe—weekly, quarterly, or custom periods. Palette automatically prompts and coaches leaders to keep direction up-to-date. When Palette checks in with team members about their priorities, it intelligently nudges them toward the team's direction—keeping everyone aligned without the manual effort 💪

Jira is coming..
We've been working hard on getting our Jira integration up and running and today we're announcing this in a early access manner. We will work with our design partners to make sure everything is working as intended. Soon, we'll allow Palette to use JIra as context for e.g. setting priorities 😎

🛠️ Under the Hood

• Sometimes simple if better. We're removing de-duplication layers to follow the data model of Nango (our integration service). This makes maintenance easier and improves security even more.

• Upgraded to Mastra's latest version with AI SDK v5 for better performance and reliability.

• Enhanced error tracking and monitoring with Sentry middleware integration across all workflows.

• Fixed some build/transpilling issues.

🐛 Bug Fixes

• Resolved schema validation issues that occurred in Mastra 0.17.1 deployments

• Fixed broken tracing functionality in Langfuse for better debugging and monitoring

• Resolved workflow scheduling issues that prevented priority collection from running properly

🎨 On another note

• We got keys for our new office 🎉 We can't wait to move into Kødbyen once we're done making it ready.
